Whimsy Clips Refund Policy

  • Whimsy Clips provides illustrations in digital format that are available to download immediately after checkout.

  • All items will also remain within a user's account to download at the user's convenience.

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available.

Conditions for Certain Refunds

  • On occasion a user might accidentally purchase 2 licenses for themselves. Should this happen, we will issue a refund for 1 license.

Conditional Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Should a refund be issued for a certain or rare event or reason, you will forfeit the right to use the images, and the standard license will be void.

  • Should a chargeback occur and be processed by a user, the right to use the images will be forfeited and the standard license will be void.
